It comes with an 14/18 mm slitted diffuser downstem and a 14 mm thick bowl. From there smoke is diffused and cooled in the main chamber. A long 9 mm thick tube keeps water from bubbling up towards the thick, comfortable mouthpiece, and ice notches will hold a few cubes for an even cooler smoke.
